cvs import

Hi all,

To restrict users to use only their respective
modules,
we implemented group level permission. and its working
as per our
requirments.

BUT i found a problem for which i need suggesition
from group.

When any user "checking in" via cvs import then these
imported folders
creted in repository with permission 700
(rwx------)and files with
444(r--r--r--).

And our server umask is set as 022.
so according to this umask setting that folder should
be created with
755 and files with 644. but it is working
differently,it seems that
cvs reset this umask,perhaps by any scripts or due to
any admin file.
