Please add a rcs2log.1 man page to the cvs distribution

Paul Eggert <eggert@twinsun.com> was kind enough to write a rcs2log.1 
man page for the rcs2log script which ships with cvs.

It would be great if that man page could be added to the distribution 
itself.
