loads 'a' locks

I was doing a commit, via a script, when I realised that I shouldn't
be doing that, and so I pressed ctrl-c once, which terminated the
script and the cvs command it was running.

That left heaps of #cvs.lock directories and some cvs.wfl files in
the repository.  The repository is locally mounted.

Any ideas?
