RE: Problem with configure falsely detecting presence ofsystemroutines(while porting to NSK)

OK, I finally got that all sorted out, there's a package that handles
this (called Floss) on the ITUG (International Tandem Users Group) web
site.  So that means that this package is required to build CVS on NSK,
how should I handle that when I contribute my patch?
