I just glanced at the news group and it looks like all the mail being
sent to info-cvs is ending up on gnu.cvs.help, but I never saw your post
come across the mailing list, Paul (I do see it in the google archive of
gnu.cvs.help from Oct 14).  I don't know if just that one email was lost
or if the gateway isn't properly two-way for that news group.  You might
try asking about the configuration at <bug-cvs-owner@gnu.org> or
<info-cvs-owner@gnu.org> if using the news group is important to you.
Responses from the list managers can be a long time coming, though.
