Which is?

I don't see any mention in the INSTALL file of cygwin.

Well, I now treat it more synonymous with PDOS!  :-)  I
was compiling using 0.9b less than 24 hours ago, and it
wasn't to create an OS/2 executable!

There's a 0.9d which I'm planning on upgrading to, the main
reason being I can't provide a pointer to the 0.9b which I
know works.  :-)  Damn these people who keep upgrading
their compilers faster than I can absorb them!  :-)
