Nope.

What do you mean "set up"?  The reason RSCEXT is
#defined is so that it can be changed depending on the
system.  On DOS, ",v" is unacceptable.  Anyone who
#defines it will get a coredump.  I got a coredump on
my system.  Code that coredumps when you change
system is not portable code.  Code that relies on filenames
being able to support ",v" is not portable code.
