Mark D. Baushke pointed out that I just released CVS version 1.11.13 on
Friday the 13th.

For the superstitious, we'd like to add that in addition to the rest of
the instructions in the INSTALL file, just throw a pinch of salt over
your shoulder before installation and you should be fine.  If you still
experience problems, try hanging a horseshoe over your monitor.

Personally, I'm hoping the double-negative effect of two 13s will simply
cancel each other out.  :)
