I'm not sure what you mean by "the rest of the details". The patch is
complete within it's intended scope. It compiles in these 4 cases:

        1. VC6 IDE Debug build
        2. VC6 IDE Release build
        3. VC6 Batch Debug build
        4. VC6 Batch Release build

which is pretty much all I'm able to do. I can't easily:

        A. Test VC5 builds, no VC5 compiler.
        B. Run test scripts, don't know how.
        C. Debug test failures, don't know code.

The changes *should* be zero impact but you never know for sure until
it's tried in all use cases.

I pushed forward as far as I can readily reach and published hoping
interested parties would do a quick test drive and use it in their
building and testing to fill out the number of use cases.

So far the only other known Windows players are Dennis, Wolfgang,
*you* and guess who!!

Perhaps I've overlooked something. Do you have a proposal?
