As near as I can tell in the project settings, there is no "default" setting. Even the "Warning Level: (None)" choice explicitly turns off warnings. It needs to be set to something, 0-4. We could sed the /WX options out of the exported makefiles, but it doesn't look like it is possible in the project settings.
