It's possible. Apply your standard troubleshooting procedures. It used to
work, now it doesn't - figure out exactly what changed since it worked, and
that should lead you to the source of your problems.
You might also want to consult a mailing list that specializes in WinCVS
(this list is for the GNU command-line CVS). While you're at it, you should
provide more detailed information about the exact problem you're having - "I
can no longer view the committed files that I was able to before" is only
marginally more informative than "I'm having a problem" :-)
