I have uploaded new patches to the issuezilla
(http://ccvs.cvshome.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=175).
The new patches are based on the latest code from CVS (I did an "update"
this morning). It changes the behavior of the new tag -u option as we
discussed (only allow a tag to be moved to revs which are descendents of
the currently tagged rev). It uses a slightly modified version of
Derek's method for checking if a rev is a descendant of another rev.
