RE: Issuezilla #175: Add new -F style option that only allows tag to move to newer revision

I'd love to see this (small) feature make it into 1.12.9 (or some other
release in the near future).

If anyone has time to look at it, and you would like assistance, just
let me know.  I would be happy to re-create my patches from the latest
head revisions.

Also, if anyone has any additional comments or suggestions please let me
know.
