Something is wrong in your /etc/inetd.conf. If you check it carefully
and still can't see the problem, cut & paste the actual line from the
file (or send the whole file) and we'll help you out. Most likely, you
specified the path to the executable but forgot to repeat the command
name before starting the options (so --allow-root=... was treated as the
command name rather than as an option).
