                Study: Universal Copier/Printers are Gaining Worldwide
Momentum                

 InfoTrends/CAP Ventures' worldwide research has found that universal
copier/printers (UCPs) are the fastest growing segment of the office
equipment market. UCPs are expected to account for 25 percent of
workgroup office equipment placements by 2008, and will significantly
impact sales of conventional black & white devices.

                Equitrac Launches Equitrac Office 3.0           

 In response to fast-rising expenses associated with document output,
Equitrac Corporation today announced the release of Equitrac Office 3.0.
According to IDC, the U.S.’s volume of printed and copied pages is
continuing to rise and will top 1.7 trillion pages annually by 2007. For
enterprise-level businesses, this increase could mean millions more in

                DocuLex Announces Desktop Search 6.3            

 DocuLex, a document imaging software company, announces the release of
Version 6.3 of Desktop Search. DocuLex Search provides the ability to
instantly locate electronic document files among gigabytes of data,

Document Scanning Costs         

Thomson Elite, eCopy, Inc., and Billback Systems has released an
integrated software solution that enables professional service firms to
automate the cost recovery of paper document scanning. The iBillback
Connector for eCopy ShareScan enables mutual customers to manage, report
and recover costs associated with scanning documents on behalf of their
clients. Thomson Elite will market the iBillback Connector in North
America, where it currently markets Billback System’s iBillback cost
management and recovery solution under the brand Elite Billback.

                Brother Announces Alliance with MP2 Solutions           

 Brother International Corporation announced its alliance with MP2
Solutions, a provider of enterprise mobility solutions, to offer a
wireless mobile point of sales system. This new sales force automation
POS application software by MP2, enables sales professionals to perform
secure credit card transactions, capture digital signatures and print
receipts in the field using the Samsung’s i700 Microsoft Windows
Mobile-based Pocket PC Phone, combined with the Brother MPrint micro
printer utilizing Bluetooth technology.

                IMPRO Corp CEO Wins Prestigious SBA Award               

 Wayan Garvey, CEO of Impro Corporation, was named 2003’s Young
