Trouble setting up SSH connection to cvshome.org

I'm trying to set up an SSH connection to the repository at cvs.cvshome.org.
I'm on a Windows machine, and not all that conversant with SSH. I've
downloaded PuTTY.

I have an account at cvshome.org, and am able to log in to the web site.

Unfortunately, some of the key links that would help me at cvshome.org are
broken. The main instruction page,
https://ccvs.cvshome.org/servlets/ProjectSource
<https://ccvs.cvshome.org/servlets/ProjectSource> has a link that says "You
must first set up an SSH tunnel" with a link to
https://ccvs.cvshome.org/servlets/%7B0%7D
<https://ccvs.cvshome.org/servlets/%7B0%7D> - but that link does not
function. So I have no clue how to set up the tunnel.

The next bullet says "Download the tunnel@cvshome.org private key" but when
I click on that, I get a "link not found" error. It refers to the page
https://ccvs.cvshome.org/id_cvshome.key
<https://ccvs.cvshome.org/id_cvshome.key>

Any help setting up my connection would be greatly appreciated.
