I haven't tested the command line compile as yet because we haven't
finished getting the IDE compile to finish as yet.  I'm doing the
"Rebuild All" in the IDE frequently which appears to do the internal
version of "make clean" before building.

I'm convinced it's a bug in VC6 and adding the extraneous comment to
"src/server.c" allows forward movement.  I don't have much enthusiasm
to find out just how crappy Microsoft's code is since I already know
it's crappy and the details don't matter to me.  I'll continue helping
you with the issue if that's what you want but personally I think it's
a waste of time.

The VC6 compiler doesn't seem to care what the EOL is \r & \n are just
white space.  The VC6 IDE editor seems to care but that's another issue.
