proposal for documentation enhancement

Hi,

when cvs import encounters symbolic links, they are ignored (as explained
in the manual), but cvs exits with return code 1. It is a matter of taste
whether this return code is correct; but if it is considered so, it would
be useful to mention this in the documentation - and to explain how this
can be distinguished from other, more critical errors.
