Hi Derek,

Problem arises from change checked in 2005/02/20 12:45:53
AND no corresponding update to the "windows-NT/run.c" file.

File "windows-NT/run.c" has a "run_add_arg" implementation that is
declared "static" and I'm guessing a modification of the declaration
is likely to help.

File "windows-NT/run.c" does NOT have a "run_piped" implementation.
I'm looking into the "src/run.c" file to see if I can provide the
function for Windows build.

Please let me know if there's a better approach to resolving this.
