I've fixed this in the dev tree for all possible combinations of
- --disable-client, --disable-server, and --disable-proxy (considering
that either --disable-client or --disable-server now implies
- --disable-proxy), at least on Fedora Core 1, to be released with
1.12.12. I supressed or avoided most of the remaining warnings with
those options as well.
