For CVS version 1.12.12

Command: cvs -z4 -ttt -d :pserver:client@example/cvsroot co ...

Produce messages about decompression errors.

Command: cvs -x -ttt -d :gserver:example/cvsroot co ...

IMHO probably, client call to server trace. But server trace don't use bufer
I/O for compression, integrity check or encryption.

My patch don't compleet. IMHO, it don't resolve problem of trace shudown
