Hi,
Flow control doesn't seem to be working for me with cvs 1.11.21 on Mac
OS X. Doing a checkout of a module with a few dozen very large files
(up to 700MB), I saw the cvs process on the server side consuming
ever-increasing amounts of memory, up to more than 1GB. Or maybe I
don't understand what flow control is supposed to do ....
I compiled cvs 1.11.21 on Mac OS X 10.4.6 with flow control enabled:
./configure --enable-server-flow-control=1M,2M
and installed it into /usr on two computers.
I confirmed that the only cvs binaries are in /usr/bin/, and they are
the new version.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Kevin
