when we check out from repository in to working directory,a CVS sub
directory comes along with the repository containing info about
Entries,Repository and Root.
CVS directory in working area should not have write permissions for
Entries, Repository and Root. But practically it is allowing to
delete, append into these files. If that happens we cannot commit for
further changes made to the repository.
