[bug #15087] GNU CVS 1.12.13 hangs up on commit when compression is active

When will 1.12.14 be released?
I mean, this bug is plaguing people for over 5 years already,

It's good that you have fixed the bug in the "nightly snapshots"
part of the downloads, but normal users cannot estimate the
reliability of these builds.
