strange difference display for unchanged source code

Hello,

The tool "cvs 1.12.12-157.2" generated the appended difference file on my 
openSUSE 11.1 system. The first hunk (range "-107,29 +107,27") is fine because 
it shows the intended source code adjustments. But I wonder about the following 
hunks because there are no changes shown that are really relevant.

Do you find the indicated deletion and addition of the same source lines 
strange, too?
(I do not see any useful updates in the later parts.)
