Bug in sbs proc freq

Hi,

I discovered a bug in handling the 'proc freq' in DAP. If no stats are defined in the 'tables' parm (i.e. tables varn / count) then it pull in the data="" from the proc freq line. I discovered that it's easy to fix this bug (see file attachment for sbtrans1.c).

I think DAP is a wonderful tool and I plan to extend it (I have been using SAS for the last 20 years and still use it daily).
