Datamash Patch: Let collapse use a delimiter other than comma

This one adds a --collapse-delimiter=X option for collapse and unique that lets you use a character other than comma to separate elements.

If you can think of a better name for the option (Please!), I can update it with that.

My emails still don't seem to be making it to the mailing list, btw. That's frustrating.
