Version 1.14 was troublesome because it was the largest bug hunt ever 
attempted in GNU ed. Both 1.14 and 1.14.1 were removed because of errors 
undetectable by the testsuite and are gone.

1.14.2 is identical to 1.14.1 except for the command line option needed to 
show diagnostics. If you need exactly 1.14.1 to satisfy the dependency 
graph, you may change pkgversion in configure and remake the tarball with 
'make dist', but it would be better that no package would depend on 1.14.1.
