DD for windows.......

When I try to copy an image from one floppy disk to another.......

dd if=\\.\A: of=D:\dd\boot.img........copies the image to a tmp
directory just fine

but

dd if=D:\dd\boot.img of=\\.\A: ........says permission denied........


(WinNT 4.0 SP6a.........NTFS......)
