I meant that the ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/fileutils/fileutils-4.1.9.tar.gz
linked to at http://www.gnu.org/software/fileutils/fileutils.html is
a zero-length file.  I did succeed in retrieving it from the linux-rep site;
perhaps the web page needs to be updated?
