Sorry, I do not speak the language. But I will take my best guess.
This is a message from bash saying that when it asked the operating
system to execute /usr/bin/cbrun that the OS returned an error. It
could not execute the file. I have never heard of 'cbrun' before.
Perhaps that file is not really a program file? The 'file' command
may help point to what that file actually is.
file /usr/bin/cbrun
