[Bug-freedink] New GNU FreeDink and DFArc releases

Hi,

Here are GNU FreeDink v1.08.20101114 and DFArc v3.8.1.

GNU FreeDink fixes a few bugs and introduce a new Turbo node.

For non-GNU/Linux packagers: note that we switched to the gettext 0.18
infrastructure, that does not bundle libintl (in the 'intl/'
directory) anymore.  You may need to add a new dependency on libintl
(usually part of gettext), preferrably with libiconv support (to
convert the translation's charset to UTF-8).  GNU/Linux packagers need
not worry: libintl and libiconv are bundled in glibc.

The DFArc point-release mainly adds a missing new Dutch translation.
