Hi.

Please send this to the cygwin bug list. On linux:

$ getconf ARG_MAX
2097152
$ LC_ALL=C ./gawk 'BEGIN{print ARGC}' $(seq 1000>
bash: ./gawk: Argument list too long

So, not a gawk problem.
