Thanks for the information. I've updated it from the page (I'll do the
same for language codes soon).
For further automatic update, I wonder if we could use iso-codes
package, which Debian folks maintain:
http://pkg-isocodes.alioth.debian.org
For country codes, currently it is identical to the above.
