Follow-up Comment #2, bug #56123 (project gettext): Here is full list of tjose "several" in case of Fedora: $ dnf repoquery -q --whatrequires 'libgettextpo.so.0()(64bit)' fcitx-libs-0:4.2.9.6-4.fc30.x86_64 gettext-devel-0:0.19.8.1-18.fc30.x86_64 glom-libs-0:1.30.4-14.fc30.x86_64 gtranslator-0:3.32.0-1.fc30.x86_64 kdesdk-thumbnailers-0:18.12.3-1.fc31.x86_64 poxml-0:18.12.3-1.fc31.x86_64 If that list was longer it says that now libgettextpo is almost dead. Give option to not build libgettextpo would be wise because even above programs instead using libgettextpo can just do execve() to run exact gettext commands.
