GNU gettext has translations to Ukrainian. Each distro packages things
a bit differently. For Ubuntu in particular,
https://packages.ubuntu.com/
leads me to
https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?searchon=contents&keywords=gettext-runtime.mo&mode=exactfilename&suite=jammy&arch=any
which contains the exact Ubuntu package name that you need.
