Building it on a Darwin system, I have noticed that the following
symbols are no longer exported:
_bindtextdomain
_dngettext
_dcngettext
_bind_textdomain_codeset
These were exported by libintl in gettext < 0.22. The missing
_bindtextdomain results in a configuration error for php-8.1.x.
Was this intentional? Does php need to be modified?
