[PATCH] error: Fix clang -Winclude-next-absolute-path warnings.

Hello. Here is the patch to silence the -Winclude-next-absolute-path warnings 
as promised on the gnulib mailing list. I tried to keep gnulib sources out of 
the patch but I am not too familiar with the code so I probably didn't do too 
well. Sorry about that. Currently "gnulib-local/lib/closeout.c" will still 
cause the warning but I assume you will update the sources eventually. It 
should be fixed by Paul Eggert's commit here:

Also, I have not committed to gettext. This patch is pretty trivial but touches 
a lot of files. Feel free to email me off list about copyright assignment if it
