The failed character is 191472 (U+2EBF0) which is added in Unicode 15.1.0 as a
part of CJK Unified Ideographs Extension I (as a Chinese native: these
characters are mostly for satisfying some parents who want to use strange
characters for naming their children and avoid a name collision...)

It seems we updated to Unicode 15.1.0 for 0.22.5 but did not update test data.
