[Bug-ghostscript] Response????

I don't mean to offend anybody but does anybody (besides me) ever look
at this news group and if so do they offer solutions to problems?  If
not, how does one get support for gnu.ghostscript?  I posted a problem
several days ago and saw the post but have no response as yet.
Perhaps I did not provide enough detail.  I would be glad to do so but
I don't really know what would be relevant.  Thanks for any help?
