fonts problems with ghostscript/ghostview

Hi!

I try to convert a word document into a pdf-document with
ghostview 4.00/ghostscript 7.00. But everytime the acrobat reader shows squares
instead of a lot of letters. But why? I use the Apple Laser Writer II
NT-driver (or the Laserjet 4L) and make a prn-document first. Then I try
to convert it with ghostview. No errors occur. The acrobat reader
shows then "fonts cannot be extracted". I try to change the fonts
(Arial and others...), but nothing happens.

Do you know why?
