pstotext problem

Hello!

I have problem with creating text files from ps.

When I use the command:

pstotxt3 -gs "c:\gs\gs6.01\bin\gswin32c.exe
-Ic:\gs\gs6.01\lib;c:\gs\gs6.01\bin;c:\gs\fonts" file.ps

GhostScript send to output some sort of PostScript directives,
rather then text.

Almost the same output I got from this command:

c:\gs\gs6.01\bin\gswin32c.exe -q -dNODISPLAY -dNOBIND
-dWRITESYSTEMDICT c:\gs\gs6.01\lib\ps2ascii.ps file.ps -c quit

I am using Alladin GS, 6.01, under WinMe
Before I used AFPL GS, 7.00, with the same results.
What is wrong?
