If you don't have an X libraries on your computer, then the
standard Ghostscript build (which includes the x11 device)
won't run.

So you need to recompile Ghostscript.
In the makefile, you need to avoid linking with the X libraries,
and you need to remove the x11 device from DEVICE_DEVS.
