Hi,
I installed ghostscript 7.07 source version for unix.
I use a Linux Redhat 7.3 Server and I have some problem of configuration for
ghostscript.
I want to convert a pdf or a ps file into faxg3 or pbm format in order to send
a fax with mgetty+sendfax.
The problem is that I can't change the default device. Moreover, I don't have
any font available.
Please, help me. I don't try what is said in the documentation but I don't
really understand everything.
Here is the information I can see when I run "gs -h":
> Input formats : PostScript PostScriptLevel1
PostScriptLevel2 PDF
> Default output device: x11
> Search path: . : /usr/local/share/ghostscript/7.07/lib
: /usr/local/share/ghostscript/fonts
I tried to run "gs -sOutputFile=test.g3 -sDEVICE=faxg3 golfer.ps" and "gs
-sOutputFile=test.pbm -sDEVICE=pbm golfer.ps"
but both command failed.
Can you tell me what I must do ?
Thanks for your help, I'm waiting for your answer.
