UNDERGRADUATE STUDIES:     
     - The application form for UNDERGRADUATE STUDIES is available on-line at 
http://www.ouac.on.ca/105/ 
     - Undergraduate candidates who require a paper application must e-mail us 
again and type "Paper Application" in the subject header. (Don't forget your 
mailing address - we cannot e-mail or fax application forms). 

PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS:
     - For application for Ontario's medical schools, law schools, faculties of 
education and rehabilitation
       sciences (OT, PT, Audiology, Speech Language Pathology), go to the 
Professional Programs section on www.ouac.on.ca 
       and click on the appropriate division.

GRADUATE STUDIES:
     - For information on Masters or Phd programs, please contact each 
University directly.


ADMISSIONS ELIGIBILITY:
     - The OUAC does not make admissions decisions.  Please direct your 
questions to the appropriate University.


FINANCIAL AID:
     - Please contact the universities directly for scholarship and bursary 
information.  No financial aid is available through OUAC.
