If I print PCLXL from PostScript using "gs -sDEVICE=pxlmono -r300", I
get the bad printout shown in the attached bad.png. If I use "gs
-sDEVICE=pxlmono -r600" instead, I get the good printoug shown in the
attached good.png. This is with GNU Ghostscript 7.07.
