Pdf "Error: /ioerror in --token--" on page 15

I downloaded the publicly available document below:

from this address:

After unzipping the file, it tells you that the pdf password is "fastseduction.com". When running this command to display the document ar_dvdshd001.pdf:
$ gs-gpl -dSAFER -sPDFPassword=fastseduction.com -f ar_dvdshd001.pdf

It gives this error on page 15:

Also, I have tried all forms of the "-dCompatibilityLevel=" flag, without success. I believe it is likely for this to be an error in the document itself and not specifically gs, but I have opened this document with several other readers with no errors at all (adobe reader, evince, gpdf, and even xpdf). Your efforts are appreciated infinitely.
