[bug-GIFT] Typo in gift-add-collection

Hi guys,

Just found this (in gift-0.1.6pre):

Name "main::lIndexPefix" used only once: possible typo at 
/home/users/davids/gift/bin/gift-add-collection.pl line 136.

This was followed by

    Read on closed filehandle <DOT_FILE> at 
/home/users/davids/gift/bin/gift-add-collection.pl line 58.

 - since I don't have a $ENV{HOME}/.gift-add-collection there is no valid 
filehandle created at line 37.
