In the MRML.DTD it reads
<!ELEMENT query-paradigm-list (query-paradigm*|error)>
<!ELEMENT query-paradigm (error?)>
<!ATTLIST query-paradigm query-paradigm-id CDATA #REQUIRED>
whereas in the MRML messages from GIFT you'll find a
unspecified "type" attribute rather than the "query-paradigm-id".
Either GIFT or the DTD is in error.
