Minor quibble rather than bug: in locales.alias, bokmal (and bokmål)
resolve to no_NO... where, officially, I believe the language code is
now nb (and nynorsk is nn) and I'm not sure there even *is* a language
with code no. I assume the use of no to refer to Norsk is ubiquitous
throughout the locale code and not readilly removable, but perhaps
another alias mapping nb (or nb_NO) to the same as bokmal would be
prudent, if only for anyone who uses the official (I stop shy of
calling it correct) language code for a locale value.
